Fx3 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the fx3 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms and Platform Use
By accessing, browsing, or using the fx3 platform — whether through our website, mobile app, or any other digital channel — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the fx3 platform.
The fx3 platform is available only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that use of online entertainment services is lawful under the applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Fx3 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to review this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest terms in effect.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
To access the full fx3 service, you are required to register a personal account by providing information that is truthful, complete, and up to date. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. fx3 will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility unless promptly reported to our support team.
All information provided during registration and the verification process must be accurate and valid. Submitting false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension or termination, including the withholding of account funds pending investigation.
Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct
Fx3 users are required to use the platform in a lawful, fair, and ethical manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account termination:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform
- Engaging in fraud, manipulation, or any form of illegal activity related to betting or payments
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of fx3's systems
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts or methods that violate the promotion terms
- Transferring funds between accounts in a manner that violates the platform's usage policy
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other criminal activity
Fx3 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payments, Transactions and MYR Currency
All transactions on the fx3 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used — whether Touch 'n Go, Boost, DuitNow, or FPX — is valid and registered in their own name. Using another person's payment method without proper authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Deposits are credited upon successful transaction confirmation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits depend on the chosen method and are displayed during the process. fx3 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals are processed only to accounts bearing the same name as the fx3 account registration details. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification before approval. Limits and processing times vary by method.
Any disputes relating to a transaction must be reported to the fx3 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be processable.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Fx3 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses incurred through gaming or betting. The platform is provided "as is" and fx3 makes no guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
Account Suspension and Closure
Fx3 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of terms, a user's own request, or operational decisions. Where an account is closed due to fraud, funds may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the fx3 support team.
Intellectual Property
All content on the fx3 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of fx3 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content without prior written consent from fx3.
Third-Party Links and Applicable Law
The fx3 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. fx3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
